I picked up an online order earlier today and didn’t realize until I got back to work it was wrong. I called to let them know and Tiffany their GM was absolutely amazing at helping me out 🥰 I wasn’t able to make it back up there for a new sandwhich since I already took my lunch break. These sweet souls brought the new sandwhich to me at work 🥹 Thank yall so much for amazing customer service!!
We were passing through and placed a to-go order (2 pizzas). As I waited for my order, I watched a girl fixing salads. My thoughts were “she needs to put her hair up!” Yep! You guessed it!!! Got our pizzas out to eat as we drove away and one pizza had SEVERAL black hairs all through out it!!! We are both gray headed!!🤢 Not happy with this Newks!!
This place is horrible!!!! The staff apparently needs to be trained and mgmt is not doing their job. The food is never right, ever. Do not waste your time going here.
