It’s a Sunday, 3/29/26 and we just left McAlister’s in Bossier. I wanted to commend the 3 workers there today. I truly wish I had their names. These 3 outstanding employees deserve recognition because in the midst of incredibly busy service, they kept the pace, never once got flustered (or if they did it did not show), kept the restaurant clean, kept refills up, answered incoming calls and were noted to shift roles whenever needed.

Do better McAlisters. Ordered online. Came to the store and they were out of baked potatoes and tea. Asked for a refund and the manager still hasn’t came out. It’s been well over 30 min. The employee said she was cleaning up because they are about to close. Never ordering from here again.
Wednesday 22nd at 745pm.
My moms food was made incorrectly. She kindly brought it up and told them and they said it would be remade. We sat there and my daughter and I ate our entire meal and she still had no sandwich. People all around us got their food so she went to ask and just told them to give her a refund as we had already eaten and had to leave.
