It’s a Sunday, 3/29/26 and we just left McAlister’s in Bossier. I wanted to commend the 3 workers there today. I truly wish I had their names. These 3 outstanding employees deserve recognition because in the midst of incredibly busy service, they kept the pace, never once got flustered (or if they did it did not show), kept the restaurant clean, kept refills up, answered incoming calls and were noted to shift roles whenever needed.

Great food if you can order with out getting starred at almost felt like we was ordering whites only pies.
They will not bring the food out to your car even if you order curbside. Don’t waste your time sitting in your car.
