Hit the drive thru to get a fantastic frozen coffee and to sprinkle powered sugar around my steering wheel while I shoveled hot beignets and navigated the awfulness of Bossier traffic and road closures. It was friendly, minimal wait, and very polite. Both employees I spoke to were friendly.

Staff are super nice and helpful here. The place is very nice and clean on the inside and my coffee was great! I got the shaken espresso. I do not recommend getting the oat milk here it tastes off.

My daughter and I go to PJ’s every Saturday. I truly enjoy it when Amanda waits on us. She has such a wonderful and effervescent personality which makes my daughter and I feel so welcome. My daughter always wants to try new things and Amanda takes the time to help my daughter pick out what she thinks she would like. Amanda makes my daughter and I feel at home when we are there.

my dad & I come in every Saturday and as soon as we pull up Amanda usually has his drink ready for him & she is super patient with me offering ideas for drinks since I like trying something different, but not a coffee drinker.
Good coffee. Good beignets. A bit slow on mobile orders but they make up for it by giving you 2 for 1. You won't have to go to the grocery store afterwards because there's 3 lbs of powdered sugar in the beignet bites saving a trip to the store for some later.

It was Wednesday morning. Monday was cooler. Tuesday was warmer. But on Wednesday we were all getting ready for a hurricane coming up from New Orleans. I'm not from here. We don't have hurricanes and tropical storms in New Mexico where my home is. So on a day when I was particularly tired and a little bit nervous and without my shrimp boots (didn't know the cultural significance of those until recently), I decided to pull into PJ's coffee and try something off the shelf and something to drink. I had a good experience here before. And to see if it was just a fluke I came in today to get something to help me through the morning. Just like before the staff were so kind. There was trainee going on at the same time there was people in the drive-thru and the staff who took my order were so nice so professional so kind and still gave me their maximum attention and care which made my experience again a five-star one. They heated up my muffin which was very kind. They added the extra shot of espresso I needed to my drink. This crew, and the crew after lunch, are amazing and truly represent that thing I heard about called Southern hospitality. The coffee's great The staff are great thank you for making my morning a little brighter on such a cloudy day.
