I did not realize they had beigneits ! I had been craving them long time - they were perfect and hit the spot. I am not a coffee drinker, just went in to check out the sweets 🤣 Also tried a Mango Arnold Palmer - it actually had great flavor ! Service was to notch - very friendly and professional. Thanx, Clara for a great visit ! I did not catch the name of the other girl, sorry 😐 It's easy to find right there on Airline, and plenty of parking. I'll be going back again !

Emma was my server. She was very knowledgeable and took care of me. She and her coworkers are very cooperative. I have had the blueberry muffins, the breakfast biscuits and scones. I really enjoyed the atmosphere because of how clean and calm it has been.

Emma is absolutely amazing! Every interaction is greeted with a warm smile and is so welcoming. She is friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure my order was perfect. My order was made exactly how I like it, and you can tell she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Emma's positive attitude and attention to detail made my visit even better. PJ's Coffee is lucky to have such a hardworking and talented barista. I'll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by this morning to take my sister a coffee at work as a pick me up after a long week. At PJ's I am always greeted with friendly service and og course the best coffe!! I usually get Iced Mocha Cold Brew, today I finally tried the VooDoo Energy drink and it was so good !! Thank you PJ's of Bossier City for providing excellent customer service and supporting my caffeine needs !

Very rarely go to this location but every time I do the drink has to be remade and even the remake is bad every time. Over multiple visits consistently a waste of time and money
The staff is ALWAYS so friendly, and this has become my favorite place to go grab a little sweet treat for myself! Their Protein Velvet Ice is INCREDIBLE, fits in my nutrition plan without sacrificing taste, and it always blended perfectly!

I had high hopes for this place but my first visit here fell short @pjscoffee @pjscoffee_gaithersburg_md
The New Orleans menu options they had listed; they only had 2 of the 6 listed available.
2. They ran out of egg whites during my visit and it wasn't even finished the morning rush.
3. The staff here did not seem all that friendly when people were asking they questions at the counter one girl just dropped a customer's items off and walked away as he was asking if both were his items.
4. There was only like 1 person in front of me that got $27.46 dollars in items
5. I ordered one small drink because I wanted to see if I'd like it. It took them 20 minutes to get me my drink and I watched others who ordered more items get theirs before mine. It was almost like they forgot I ordered and seemed annoyed. No one even checked to make sure I got my drink after the ladies working there still saw me standing at the counter for a long time as they were going to the back and coming out again handing customers their items. The guy Justin that initially took my order was the only one that eventually came over 20 minutes later, asked if I got my drink yet and then apologized but offered nothing else like a free drink upgrade to make up for the wait. 20 minutes for a small frozen coffee drink is diabolical but it speaks to the pains of them being new and not very efficient. They had to keep checking with people because they weren't sure everyone got things. It was kinda choatic and not very well run yet. Between the long wait and the ladies trying to figure out how to do certain things as I watched it definitely needs work.
6. The drink itself was good but my mood had soured sadly because it wasn't 20 minutes wait good.
Unfortunately they missed the mark for me and this is one time I'm actually disappointed full stop in the whole experience. Gonna have to say wait until they iron out the kinks. - 2/5 SupaFlyITGuy - on my dope or nope scale this gets a NOPE presently. Efficiency and customer service sorely lacking in certain areas of the operational piece of this place. It could be attributed to it being newly opened but I can't recommend them yet.

I was very disappointed in pjs coffee as a person going there for a long time. I wanted to treat my mom with a free cold brew for Mother’s Day but they charged me for the drink. It never said buy one get one free and I feel Pjs coffee should be more specific with what their advertising. Very upsetting!
