I give this place 3 stars because I wish they had a little more options in the afternoon. We came an hour before they closed and they couldn’t make any more pastries/coffee because they shut off their machines around the afternoon. So I wish they could offer this after morning. Other than that , their pastries are very tasty and good.

Beignets were fantastic, but we waited almost an hour on them (3 orders). Service was friendly and polite, just very young and inexperienced. They gave use mini beignets instead of full size and had to start over.

Hit the drive thru to get a fantastic frozen coffee and to sprinkle powered sugar around my steering wheel while I shoveled hot beignets and navigated the awfulness of Bossier traffic and road closures. It was friendly, minimal wait, and very polite. Both employees I spoke to were friendly.
