“We had an amazing experience at Tsuyoi Ramen in Bossier City for our Valentine’s Day family dinner. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and welcoming — you can really tell they put effort into the design and overall vibe of the restaurant. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Great customer service really stands out, and they definitely delivered. Now let me talk about the food… man, the food was GOOD! 🍜 Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The ramen was rich and comforting, the appetizers were delicious(fried pork chop bites), and the presentation was impressive. The brown sugar boba tea was amazing, and the taro milk tea (the purple one) was a big hit too my daughter loved it! You can tell there’s real passion behind what they do here. It was the perfect spot to spend quality time with my wife and daughter, and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re in the Bossier/Shreveport area and haven’t tried Tsuyoi Ramen yet, you’re missing out!“

“Visited here while Christmas shopping. Very unique place with a Japanese anime vibe. The restaurant decor is modern Japanese and the menu features characters from popular TV anime shows. For the appetizer, I had gyoza, which was hot and very tender. For the main dish, I had the Udon noodle bowl, which came with a couple of shrimp tempura on the side, and the Classic Milk Tea to drink. Everything was very good, hot, and seasoned well. I’ve had a lot of Japanese cuisine, and it all tasted authentic to me.“

“I came in today and the woman with the red hair was very sweet. She was very accommodating and answered all the questions I had. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend. I have experience with being a server and she did very well with handling. Definitely will be back and I hope she is here.the place is like a gem. The only complaint I have is the woman's bathroom was out of soap and is very dark.other then that LOVE IT!!“

My only complaint was it was a little warm inside and the tables are super low. The booth was super comfy it’s just the table hits really low. But that’s all ok bc the food was just amazing!“
