I've been going for more than 13 years now. The steaks are by far the best I've ever had! The staff are excellent especially one in particular named Marcus. He's been there for as long as I've been going always goes above and beyond. He always has a smile and makes sure everyone is satisfied with their meals. I would recommend saltgrass for anyone looking for delicious dinner and warm and welcoming staff.
My husband and I ate at Saltgrass Bossier recently Love it! Bloody Mary’s, Chopped steak and ribs were the best! Our waitress Champ was great! The managers were friendly. We will be back!
We had a party of 12 and everyone's food came out cold. The butter didn't even melt on top of our steaks they were so cold. We asked for the manager. Marcus came out and blamed the server, he took no ownership in the buisiness, the food or the Salt Grass Brand. How disappointing that a manager does not know how to manage his kitchen and blames it on the server. We were a military table and low and behold he granted us the military discount which we were entitled to anyway...read full review
