The food is good but they always mess up the extra stuff you request and the add-on stuff you ask for and pay for and you get nothing. It’s ridiculous. Can you read a ticket? The people on the phone are unfamiliar with the menu. Ordered tonight. Dissatisfied. Lost money because I didn’t get what I ordered.

Glad you asked… Disappointment. That’s what they serve so well.
I would go into detail but it’s not worth it- like the large order of red beans, sausage & rice I got earlier.
Four small pieces of sausage, loads of rice sprinkled w/ some beans.
This place has to be a money laundering front- no way in hell the good people of Shreveport tolerate that nonsense.
0/10! Staff was RUDE! All we wanted was some sauce that was NOT put in our bag! We ended up calling them and whoever answered the phone was rude and hung up on my mom! Then whoever it was came to the window was RUDE! Service was horrible! I get maybe not having enough workers but being rude is not it!
