I call last night at 8:00 pm to order take out the young lady stated that the kitchen closed at 8:30 so I couldn’t order anything I been coming here for 8 years . Can the upper management let me know why after 8;00 no orders .

Even though there was an initial mix up by the reservation clerk at the check-in desk with my brother's 80th birthday party reservation, Shogun made it up by providing excellent friendly service, exciting showmanship while preparing the dishes and high quality steaks, lobsters, salmon and shrimp.. It's an experience you wouldn't want to miss! GREAT FOOD!!!

The food wasn't terrible, but it was definitely the worst hibachi we've ever been to. The steak in our hibachi was extremely fatty, with some tough-to-chew pieces. The shrimp was definitely small. The ginger sauce tasted fine, but was not fresh like other places we've been to. Even the plates and cutlery were cheap. Our soup came with teeny, tiny metal spoons, not at all like the traditional ones at most Japanese restaurants and they didn't even have any bowls/ramekins for soy sauce. When I asked for one they gave me a cheap, plastic takeout cup. It took forever to eat our soup just because the spoons were so small. The hibachi was way too expensive for the cheap quality of food we were served. If you want hibachi this place is fine, but don't expect too much.

Great food sushi was delicious calamari was amazing same with the squid server did an ok job minus the fact that she did cut our original server out and obviously did not communicate properly with her so points off there no honor in being selfish I still tipped but only $1 would have tipped $20-$30 if she had be honorable other than that I will definitely will be back
