The girl at the front that’s the host I believe is the owner‘s daughter very rude disrespectful
Acts like she doesn’t have the time of day to answer your questions
My husband and I was going in there at least three times a month
The owner never spoke to us, never even acknowledge that we were regular customers
The atmosphere is not the same as it was when the prior owners had it
portion sizes are very much smaller
You can’t guarantee if your food is going to be cooked correctly the way you want it
We used to love going into this place. It’s a shame

I usually enjoy these places but the food itself wasn't the greatest. The service and atmosphere was great, the food was just kind of bland and didn't taste good. The chicken was dry and the rice was mushy from being overcooked.

Staff and cook were great. Came for birthdays for two family members. The cook was very entertaining and his lobster was on point!

Went to shogun with family, pitchfork was thrown at me yes accidentally however could have resulted in severe injuries due to location landed, fried rice was just rice no soy sauce no sesame oil used only eggs. My son ordered chicken I will post servings size below for 24.00 dollars and I ordered chicken and shrimp for the price I do not recommend. I would not recommend this place for authentic Japanese food.

This is a good place to go for the most part is been delicious food. I would of tasted it higher except I ordered fillet mignon and instead he killed it, over cooked and then didn't even give it to me. Ended up going to another guest. Tried to say something up he insisted he did it right.... except this is a cut i eat regularly and so I can see the difference and texture and taste. That was the time before last. Tried it for mother's day... we had the same cook well needless to say I didn't want to ordered the fillet mignon again so went with teriyaki steak... asked for medium and got well done. So needless to say was not pleased probably take a break from going.

Bad customer service and attitude from the young lady that came to our table after we waited for 10 minutes just to even get a drink order... definitely had to hold my tongue because someone has to have sense and be professional.
