this Sonic is terrible. most of the time they get my drink order wrong. They also, on average, take way too long to bring out the food. Then my experience on 8/29/24 took the cake. Not only did I have to wait a very long time, but they also forgot my kids chicken and then tried to claim they didn't, so I had to open the bag and show them the proof.
they got our order wrong twice. Then they were rude when I wanted them to fix it. Our milkshakes were nasty! I guess that's what happens when you correct them!
They refused to serve us 15 minutes before they closed. Several cars drove through wondering why they were closed too. I watched them lock the doors and walk out 8 minutes before closing time. I guess this Sonic will be the next one to close down all because of their employees. ☹️
