this was the worse have ever had at thus place total horrible, food took 30 minutes to come out was cold and one order wrong no refills on drinks until after meals came. eat somewhere else.
Not sure what's happened in the past few months but the service and food have gone downhill fast. Pizza was absolutely undercooked, dough today, nothing like it used to be, someone didnt fact check the pizza guys resume. Service was Ok. TVs work so thats a plus.

I was looking for something to do while I waited to meet a few friends. When I sat at the bar the bartender on duty greeted me in a timely manner. He was very attentive as well (shout out to Kevin). Conversation was good and now im ready to go back and try the food. Looking forward to my next visit cause I will definitely be back

Really cool atmosphere but good luck getting any service. Wasn't greeted, asked about a menu for food or drinks...nothing sat here for half an hour before deciding to leave. Plenty of open seats so, it is not that busy here. This place needs some staffing help, badly! Lots of sports on the screens, so that was a plus. Seems like they may have brick oven pizza. Wish I could have tasted it.

It says please seat your self but when you do no one come to you for about 30 min if y’all are busy seat them don’t let use seat our self after I spoke to manger they got me my drink and then they waiting 25 more min to get my order this if terrible do better

This afternoon I visited the ESPN BET Sportsbook at the Margaritaville Resort Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana. The service was great and the food was delicious—especially the loaded fries. My party enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly staff who were very attentive. Even the manager, Ian, took the time to come and check on our table and several others during our visit. It was very apparent that he cares about the guests experience (which isn’t something you see all that often now.) Very happy with our visit and will be returning often!

Stale fries, dry burgers and flat beer...no thx, not going there anymore. It's ashame it's the place we're supposed to be eating breakfast at this hotel, won't be eating breakfast here then..

Went to Shreveport for business and ended up here trying to grab a quick bite. I ordered a cob salad with chicken. For starters it took around 45 minutes to come out. This was the WORST salad I’ve ever had and possibly the WORST meal I’ve ever been served. The chicken was slimy and at best was extremely old frozen precooked chicken that they tried to thaw when they saw my order. The spring mix was slimy too and was obviously going bad. The avocado was not fit to eat as it was brown and looked close to goons bad. I ate one bite of the chicken and saw the salad mix wasn’t good and placed my plate forward. I don’t like to send food back and the last thing I wanted to do was argue so I paid and no one ever asked what was wrong, why I didn’t eat it etc. someone from the health department needs to pay them a visit because what I was served was gross, inedible and would have positively made me sick. Go anywhere else.

The basic burger is good. The honey badger chicken sandwich is great. The fries might be good if they could be served hot and crispy, but they weren't.
