closed early tonight... employees inside, but closed early.
Girl at the window was "Cailin"
I ordered specific drinks, they were repeated back RIGHT, but at the window both drinks were made wrong and were wrong on the receipts on the cups. Also the wrong straws were given (too short) and we couldn't even drink our drinks. If we weren't in a rush we would have had them remade but either way I dont understand how it was **repeated** back then made wrong/wrong on receipts.
So I went inside & ordered a Venti & my fault was not taking the receipt to check it but she rung up a Grande okay mistakes happen but what pissed me off is the young boy tried to make me feel bad about asking them to make my order correct. With an attitude said, " I mean I guess we could re make it but.. like that shouldn't even be up to me you should've re made it without any hesitation bc it's not what I ordered.
