“We went to Outback Bossier for the first time in over a year. Our past experience had been poor regarding service. The food has always been great! Tonight I am pleased to say we had an excellent experience! Service was outstanding. Waitress and bartender were bright and friendly and the manager made sure we were well cared for. Outback is BACK BABY!!! They’ve done a great job hiring quality people that care for their customers! Give them another try. They could be a lot busier!“

“My husband and I dined for our 28th anniversary. This was maybe the 4th or 5th time we dined here for our anniversary. Food and atmosphere is always exceptional. However, this past Saturday evening, we were seated in the worst seat in the whole restaurant, directly in front of the kitchen. The entirety of the rest of the restaurant was behind us. We had a front seat view of everyone plate being handled by the waitstaff. What was worse is that there were open booths along the window, which we've dined in on a few occasions. While again, the food was spectacular, I was extremely disappointed in where we were seated. Water and bread had already been placed before I realized where we were sitting or I would have asked for another table. While this won't deter our coming again, I will definitely asked for a table by the window.“

“I've been going for more than 13 years now. The steaks are by far the best I've ever had! The staff are excellent especially one in particular named Marcus. He's been there for as long as I've been going always goes above and beyond. He always has a smile and makes sure everyone is satisfied with their meals. I would recommend saltgrass for anyone looking for delicious dinner and warm and welcoming staff.“
