“My husband & I had a date night for my birthday last night. So glad we gave this restaurant a chance! We arent usually interested in "fancy", but im glad we did! We had the fried green tomatoes, I ordered the fettuccine & he had the 10oz pork chop & it was all excellent! The service was excellent & everything came out timely! It was all delicious! ❤️“
“It’s hard to beat a delicious steak and au gratin potatoes. I got the house peppercorn ranch on my wedge salad and it was fantastic. Service was excellent as well. Shreveport/Bossier gourmands will recognize the “RW” in the name as Roger Wilbanks who owned the Cub Restaurant for many years. “We had a wonderful and delicious lunch Saturday, February 10th. Our server, Alexis, was the best server we've had in years. In spite of the restaurant being very busy with the lunch crowd, Alexis was able to take care of us and several other tables without any delays. She needs to open a training school for servers and teach the right way to do it. Thank you, Alexis.“
“We had a party of 12 and everyone's food came out cold. The butter didn't even melt on top of our steaks they were so cold. We asked for the manager. Marcus came out and blamed the server, he took no ownership in the buisiness, the food or the Salt Grass Brand. How disappointing that a manager does not know how to manage his kitchen and blames it on the server. We were a military table and low and behold he granted us the military discount which we were entitled to anyway as an I'm sorry. I've never seen a manager who doesn't care and treats his employees and guests this way. I hope this company pays attention and takes this opportunity to replace or retrain this site.“
“I just left the Togo picking up food . I had to comment on the hard working girl in that area she was by herself and swapped but handled everything very well. Her customer service is amazing despite what seemed like an overwhelming situation. Plus my food was packaged very nicely. Keep up the good job Outback I will be back.“
