This place is always so good and fresh. Sometimes they are out of basic things that I get (eclairs, chocolate donuts). They are expensive in my opinion. I don't have another place to compare it to bc this is the only donut shop I go to. Today's visit has me thinking they are training someone to make donuts bc they were not pretty and fresh looking or tasting and were kinda dry (at 9:30am). Usually the staff is the most friendly staff for a donut shop. My husband picked up donuts on his way home from work this morning. He says he felt a burden to even ask for donuts. It's sad when the customer service changes like that. Their donuts are great.
Came in to look at the menu to see what I would like to get besides donuts. I said I was just going to look around but was rushed into choosing my donuts write away. Even as I was looking at the menu she kept repeating 'is that it?' I mean no, I would've bought more things but just got donuts because I didn't like service. I did get a free sample of munchkin donuts so that was nice.
