Worst experience I’ve ever had with a casino I arrived after driving 4.5 hours while booking my room online it said zero dollar deposit I don’t take credit cards or credit cards to casinos bc I learned my lesson I get there and was told I had to pay a hundred dollar security deposit so I have to drive another 30 minutes round trip to add money to a PayPal account get back and pay then I have to wait another 45 minutes to get a room get to the room and the bedding is on the floor and toothpaste spit all over the mirror in the bathroom from the previous guests have to go back downstairs get room number 2 take a nap go to get a shower and I get to enjoy ankle high water with the gunk from every single guest that has ever stayed in that room multiple other employees contacted a host for me and I never once heard from a host or seen one after supper I eventually have to call the 1800 number to get ahold of a manager he brushes it off as just a hotel issue and very casually mentions it’s comped right? They swap me to my 3rd room and apparently that was supposed to make everything that happened ok do not stay here I’m a diamond plus card holder and was still treated this way
Ordered a thin crust pizza and I swear it's a flour tortilla with toppings on it. It was floppy, and sooooo disappointing.
I ordered the brisket tacos and the restaurant doesn't have limes or cilantro. I had to go to the burger place for limes and then to the noodle place for cilantro. The salsa the serve with the tacos is pretty much Pace or whatever crappy salsa you can think of.
The Puerto Rican lady was quite grumpy with other customers (not me probably because I speak Spanish and was chatting her up).
Second restaurant I've tried at the horse shoe and second disappointment. Going to Binions tonight. Hopefully it will be good.

Really nicely renovated hotel. Front desk staff excellent service!
the worst hotel stay ever, chose a room off of their web page that had a walk-in shower they gave us a room with a tub with sides about 3 ft tall we are elderly and my husband is disabled I brought this to their attention and they said they would not change our room. the next morning while trying to get out of this dangerous tub I slipped and fell and broke my toe I have written to them called them and they have ignored me. room for two with one coffee cup no coffee and clogged sink. you couldn't pay me to stay here again
Great food, cooked right in front of you. It was slow because only one lady was working cooking everyone’s meals by herself but she was friendly, clean and the food was great.

This place has racist table dealers known for cheating black men n proudly posting they’re racist views on Facebook
tbh i had a very bad experience with this restaurant especially with a employee named jessica gamby she was very rude and semmed to be like high on drugs or just out of wack all of my drinks were made wrong and she kept giving me wrong prices for my drinks her whole vibe just kinda gave like she should not be allowed to be serving drinks i would not trust her to serve drinks to family members

The food is absolutely disgusting and you pay 95% more than it's worth. A $20.00 frozen, well I believe a frozen pizza would be better, $10.00 chicken strip with no French fries or anything.

Wanted to order breakfast with room service for Saturday morning. No menu in the room. Got an email from front desk with menus for everything, but breakfast. Called room service repeatedly - busy signal.
Went to Front desk where manager said room service is only available on Saturday morning and I have to call it in on Saturday. Said menu was available on TV - it was not. Accessing error - it never came up.
All of this while having a pedestrian meal in their overpriced steak house. Which had great reviews.
All the positive reviews for this place are false. It is old property and the customer service is lacking.

We are very picky about our pizza. We checked in to the hotel kind of late so we decided to get a pie since they are open 24 hours. It was truly one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. So much so that we are eating here again now after checking out the hotel. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are at the Horseshoe casino.

We came in because I was excited to try the woodfire pizza. Sadly, I received a greasy, salty, pie with a pale crust. There were lots of dry herbs on top, not a great taste. The service was OK. Our server was nice, but it took 20 mins to get a drink from the bar.

Stood at the counter this morning to get ice cream. A female worker was on her phone, saw me and my friend standing there and walked off. Came back and looked at us and walked off again. Management hire better workers. Worst experience at the Horseshoe Casino by far. And if I could give less stars, I would.
