How do you mess up a pizza order when there are only 3 options on the menu? I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza Togo and should've taken a closer look at it when I got it (barely cracked the box). They gave me a taco pizza... but with chicken like the person making it had a brain lapse in the middle of it. This is really dossapointing because I was really looking forward to eating this back at my room and the dough is great. Makes me regret tipping and based ok this first impression I won't be back. Glad I ate at The Port first...

The hotel is okay. Starting to show signs of wear. The casino staff , specifically the security staff, seemed to hate their jobs. A definite morale problem. The security staff we saw looked to be made up primarily of older, out of shape women with horrible attitudes and wigs to match.

The top 3 things I look for are cleanliness, service, and ammenties. Room snd casino were very clean. Service was not so good waited over 2 hours for towels brought 2 sets, waited another hour for 2 more sets! Awful service. Had to bug our hostess being a Diamond member 3-4 times and finally went to front desk to talk to manager & still had to wait. Ammenties are badi all ZIP ...NO COFFEE MAKERS OR COFFEE in rooms. I can live without a microwave if I have a coffee maker. An old refrigerator is in room which I assume when it plays out they will not replace. Zip ammenties besides aafeq toletries

Management did nothing!! I complained to the staff in the elevator and the front desk about children running up and down the hall yelling and slaming every door in their room next to ours and across the hall every 5 minutes. There was not any adult supervision, and this went on from 4pm to 2 AM. To start all back over again at 7am until I decided to check out since I was forced to wake up due to all the yelling and door slamming. There is no reason for children under the age of 18 to be at a hotel casino unsupervised when you have to be 21 to even gamble there. My 3 year old Granddaughter has bettrr hotel etiquette, repect and manner than these children had. I was told at checkout that the manager would call me in 30 minutes. Seven (7) hours later, when I called the hotel back MYSELF. I was told by Darius the manager that there was nothing he could do. It sickens me that after all the money we spent there, he couldn't and WOULD NOT try to make this customer happy to keep me coming back. No customer service etiquette what so ever. The slot machines are so tight I did not see anyone , not even 1 person receive a handpay. Drinks were watered down. Valet was closed the whole time we were there. I will NEVER go back to this casino ever again. I will NOT recommend this hotel or casino!!!

We started staying at the Horseshoe several years ago when their customer service and friendliness far surpassed any others in their area. Not any more. Front desk staff all seem unhappy to be there. Tried calling front desk in the evening, no one answers , and went down in person regarding problems in my room. Two guys were visiting, didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of them until I said something to them and then were rude. Room definitely showing it’s age with torn drape sheers and holes in the sheets.. I think they might be trying to run this place on a Skelton crew. Fountain out front didn’t work for three days. Casino and bar service were all great though and room did appear clean despite missing towels and soap, which I later got after visiting the front desk.

As far as the hotel everything was great until we checked out. We were told there was a $100 deposit yet they charged $128.49 for the deposit. We had a balance of 86.82 after our Room service and the resort fee. The receipt given showed a Zero balance versus a Credit of 41.67. And not only does the accounting system have much to be desired, I have to wait 3-5 days to receive my money back. The casino also has issues. We went to the cashiers window to get our membership for Caesar’s rewards updated to the Salute card. The employees appeared to be overworked. The first person to help us didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The line behind us started backing up and he asked us if we could step aside so he could clear the line and then he would finish helping us. So We told him we would go eat dinner and would come back. When we returned, the first guy was not there so a lady assisted us. She was rude and slammed our id’s down on the counter top as if we were wasting her time and being a nuisance. Her attitude was not conducive to good customer service. I did get the upgraded membership but not without dirty looks and huffing and puffing and slamming things down like a child having a temper tantrum. I did not feel I was asking for anything special. My husband never got his. He had to walk away before he went off on the people. Never have I been treated in such a rude manner.
