I ordered wings online and was missing half of my wings! I ordered 10 boneless Garlic Parmesan wings and never got them! I will not be ordering from here again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE..do better Wingstop, are we just throwing sauce to chicken tenders now? What is this..and then burning the corns not to mention I asked for EXTRA Parmesan on them. do they not know how to read? Don’t get me started on that phone.. AWEFULL!!! At this point don’t even have the number on the page if no one picks up anyway!!😂 Ridiculous 0/10 airline needs better workers that ACTUALLY know how to cook AND read . Such a waste of $28🥀💔😭😡

I guess I am having to re-do my review that I previously left 5 stars on months ago. Ordered online today and went to the store to pick up my order and the doors were locked and the lights were off. No sign posted on the door that they would be closed. This was at 11:30 am when the store should have been open as the posted hours said they open at 10. Not sure how to get my money back that I have already paid. I guess if it’s made right I will fix this review. I hate that this happened because I frequent Wingstop pretty often and now it will make me hesitant to order again.

While in Bossier City February 15 2026 I decided to order winstop online because I had a taste for winstop and when I got there at arrival pickup time I told the lady at register that I had a online order gave her the name and she said it is not ready. I sat there almost a hour waiting and witnessed several people that had been waiting before that said they are going to cancel their order in which the lady at front desk told them they will have to cancel online. There was another lady she just left her drinks at the counter and walked out. I went to the window and saw my order just sitting on the shelf and I told the lady up front that is my order right there and she kept ignoring me helping other people that came in after me so I got the cook attention to hand me my order in which my food was cold after sitting on shelf. Doordash had been sitting waiting for order and the food was on the shelf getting cold after lady at front desk told doordash it wasn't ready😭. The worst wingstop that I have ever been too and they are very unorganized because one gentleman came back in and he was missing 2 fries after waiting so long. I got there at 07:30pm and left at almost 830pm when I ordered online at 07:08pm. I stay closer to Bossier and I would rather go to Shreveport or Texas to get winstop.

I ordered wings online. They were awful. I ordered Cajun and Traditional, and whatever I received tasted the same. Both flavors had a fishy, burnt taste. Texture was bad as well. I very literally threw away my leftovers. They also sent drums only. 15 drums, zero flats. 0/10.

I'm absolutely disgusted with my recent experience at Wingstop. I've had issues with this place before, but finding a fried FINGERNAIL in my wings is beyond unacceptable. The quality has consistently been terrible, but this is a new low. How can you mess up so badly that you end up serving a fingernail? Seriously questioning their hygiene and food safety practices. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want a side of gross with your wings. 0/5 stars. I'm never eating here again. Not only that, they never ever answer the phone and they will always mess your order up.

We love the Wings and Fries at Wingstop.
The problem is the Franchisee for this store. They own the majority of the stores in North Louisiana and their management of these locations is catastrophic !!
90%+ of the time items are not in your to-go order. Tonight there were 2 items missing. I’ve been to their locations in Monroe and West Monroe and same issues.
Winstop Corporate should revoke their franchises as their operating skills are non-existent !!

I called to place a pick up order. I was told to go online to order the system was down. I went online & placed my order, I get that things happen. I enter the store to see 2 people eating dine in and another person placing a order in store. This made me question why was the lady on the phone so lazy that she made me do my order online instead of taking my order over the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous. You have in fact hired a lazy person that is more worried about playing around and being on her phone than taking care of the guests. Looking at other reviews about this place, this is a go to answer of our systems are down, when infact they are not. Possibly hire someone that wants to do the job they are hired for. WINGSTOP this is unacceptable!
