The new female at WINGSTOP in Bossier is doing a great job. The music isn’t blaring and you can actually hear the working asking questions. The language for the staff is so much better

Despite bad experiences in the past I decided to give them benefit of the doubt and made a to go order for lunch. Absolutely terrible fries were burnt so bad it sounded like chips crunching when you bit them but tasted like old fry oil .. chicken was more bread then meat almost like pop corn chicken not a “wing” and was burnt as well. Hope they get it together no way they will stay open serving people food like that…

The fact tht wing stop is literally 5 minutes away from my house I doordashed it I wash doordash the entire time on my phone when my food arrived it was cold my tenders are hard My fries are cold The only thing that is good is my Gatorade this is such a low blow for them this shows no pride in their work tenders have not even hardly any sauce on it this is the worst service ever I've gotten for them and I adore this all the time I watch the entire time as they were preparing my full time when Dora days left and came straight here with my food door days got my food cold from them
The food was ok, service ok but the entire inside needs a good cleaning!!!! All the tables were dirty, looked as if they had not been washed all week. Trash from previous customers still on tables. Floors need a good mopping. The employees walked by several times but never attempted to clean the area. My mom had an appointment at the orthopedic clinic nearby and wanted to dine in before we got back on the road to head home, so I ended up cleaning and clearing a table for us to sit and dine. Needless to say, I will NOT return.
