Zaap Thai Cuisine - Authentic Thai Food

I had never had Thai before and I can say I am now a fan after eating here.

My wife and I went there today for our anniversary and had the best dining experience! The food was awesome and the service was amazing. We felt like family! We will come again soon. We had the Chicken Pad Thai and for dessert the Mango Sweet Sticky Rice. We highly recommend this place!

Our experience was the best I have had in a Thai restaurant! We ordered an appetizer of fried chicken wings with our green shrimp curry. They were so delicious we put in a second order. Our server, Art was very respectful and friendly. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Art!

Anytime we we go out of town, we’re always looking for a little hole in the wall. We stumbled across this place and loved the reviews so gave it a try. Food is 10/10. You can tell the veggies are cut fresh and the food is authentic. We’re suckers for Thai food and definitely will be back!

What a great experience! I’ve heard this is one of the best Thai Restaurants in Bossier and Shreveport, and, I was surprised that food and service were TOP NOTCH🎉 the atmosphere is great, good music, nice lighting in the restaurant and very clean. We will definitely be back 😍🎉

Hidden gem. 💎 The flavors are outstanding!! I had the fried rice (usually a disappointment) and fell in LOVE with the flavors and spices.

You can order most things on a 0-5 heat scale, and let me tell you the fried rice with beef 🥩 at a 5 spice level was amazingly full of flavor.

My wife had the Tom Yum soup and it too was fabulous.

I am very impressed and pleased.

💯 % I’ll be back out here, even though it is a bit of a long drive for me!! 👍👍🇺🇸🚀🎉

Good pad tai. Ordered it with a 4 heat scale. It had just enough heat to not take away from the taste. I highly recommend.

Came by 11-2-24. As always the food and service was fantastic.
I ordered the pad thai to eat there and a order of green curry chicken to go. Upon arriving home I found the container to be slightly less than half full. I called today and the man said he would be glad to give me a free green curry the next time I came by. Like I said before great food and great service from a restaurant I love going to. Thank you!

The Pineapple Fried Rice is magnificent!! The customer service is 5 stars. I'll be returning here weekly!!

Very nice place off the beaten path. My wife and I had the curry. I had the red curry with a number 4 heat, which threw us off a little bit. We're used to medium, hot and Thai hot. The number 4 heat was just right. My wife had Panang at number 2 heat, honestly there wasn't much difference between 2 and 4 but that's OK because we both like spicy foods. Everything was fresh and delicious. The spring rolls were awesome and my wife had the fried tofu. She loved it. The restaurant was very clean and the waiter, Bryan I believe - I'm terrible with names, was very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Bossier.

A welcome addition to the area that previously lacked a Thai restaurant. Food was good but not great. The basil dish was spot on. Server was nice but not knowledgeable of the menu. The decor was more like a diner and lacked any Thai influence. No Thai people worked in the front of the house, which made me question authenticity

We've been coming to Zaap for a couple of years now and it's by far one of our top places to eat. The food is always fresh and very tasty. The staff is always kind, and knowledgeable about the cuisine. The relaxed atmosphere is nice and the videos of authentic Asian food prep never disappoint as you're waiting for your meal. I recommend the veggie spring rolls and larb chicken wings. My favorite is pineapple fried rice, heat level 1.
We celebrated our mom's 72nd birthday here, and everyone was very accommodating to our group. Thank you Zaap, see ya again soon!
