Catahoula's

I've eaten here a few times. Every time I've gone the portions have been huge. The food has been great. So far I've only gotten breakfast and a salad so I'm not sure about their specials. I did try some onion rings my cousin had and they were seasoned well and were crispy. The decor is very fun. It almost looks like an antique shop. The service is slow, but the servers are nice. I'd recommend eating here as long as you're not in a hurry.

Nice looking building from the outside, quaint inside with antique tables. Portions are large. I had the veal Parmesan. The red sauce was homemade and tasty. My wife had the special crawfish Monica, fried catfish topped with etouffe over angel hair pasta. She said it was a good. Service was quick and friendly and the food came out fast.

I had lunch here before with a co-worker when they first opened. We both had sandwiches and fries, which were tasty, but the service was slow. However, during lunch it's very busy here. There's not many restaurant options in this area so it make sense. This time, my co-worker and I opted in for breakfast.
