I order over the phone... oh boy no personality at all! ??? I almost wanted to change my mind. It's a like if they're are talking with no feeling what are they doing, making angry lifeless pizza ?Then the order was OK. I just wish I wasn't a major Papa John's fan. This is a new area for me.. I hope then get better. Personality has a way of making things better, just as the lack of personality makes things less a pleasant ✨️
I placed a order today for delivery for the first time in a while. This papa johns co delivers with door dash to help us get our orders faster something that I did not know but the manager of papa johns very politely explained . Unfortunately the door dasher I was assigned was completely rude and did not give me my drink even though papa johns in fact did give it to her ( of course she didn’t get the tip to go with the attitude ) I called the manager and she was very helpful...read full review

I work 12 hours a day and I called in my order 20 minutes later when it was supposed to be ready it wasn't after 20 more minutes I finally asked what the heck is going on they forgot some of my order I was upset but didn't show it the Yung lady went out of her way to make it right free soda and some dipping sauce and was very sorry about my order she made it right so I'll be going back thanks
