Completely authentic Cajun dancehall. The folks dancing have been coming here for 50 years or more. Several locals showed us dance steps and cheered us on for trying to keep up with them. The bartender even gave us beer coozies when she saw us trying to make one out of a napkin lol. Super friendly staff, amazing locals, great air conditioning, and the feeling that you've stepped back in time to a happier place. I, Carlos Webb & Cyndi Vincent-Fawvor danced to the GOOD music that band, the 4 HORSES provided. We enjoyed the Good gumbo, potato salad & cakes.Everyone was nice & friendly. Lots of QUEENS of all ages & different towns to see. Smoke-free, enjoyed everything. Bartenders were friendly, Great & busy.THANKS TO Luther Arceneaux for inviting us.
