my husband asked several times for the employee to check my snowball to make sure it was correct and it definitely was not. I was supposed to get the Chocolate Medley and instead I got some kind of coconut with vanilla concoction that had no chocolate at all! The person insisted that it was what he ordered and it was far from it.
The big chill is the bat snow-ball stand ever . They have the best costumer service and the best snow balls that’s all I have to say but words can not express the feelings of joy when I eat there snowballs or Andy food they have . I just am speechless about how good and juicy there snow- balls are like fr fr snow
The staff here is very rude. I ordered 2 specialty snow balls, hot dog and chili cheese fries. They gave me both snow balls and told me to pull up for the food. I was not aware it was going to take 20 min for the food to be ready. By this time the snow balls were melting all over my car. I picked one up to bring to the window to show the staff.
