In Breaux-Bridge, if there is a place where you should go to eat, it is at Jacqueline's! The welcome, the place, the quality of the dishes and the presence of Jacqueline. As a bonus: the beignets to die for.
Mrs. Jaqueline invited us in. We looked around not sure what to think.
We sat down at a table in “her kitchen.”
She asked, “What do you wanna eat?”
The options were Cajun or French.
“We want French, but I don’t know what to eat!?”
We followed her recommendations and had the best rabbit and pork dishes.
