If he isn't THE best chef in the South, he is one of the best! Delicious blackened speckled trout, served with delectable crawfish etoufee. Truly a Louisiana treat. Lunch out doors under a giant oak tree, in February. This can only be done here while the rest of the USA is under winter weather warnings. An over the top experience, every time!
mmmm yummy yummy yummy and seriously the nicest people, owner and all!!! if you get to dine there, consider yourself lucky... also the atmosphere is jaw dropping!!!!Kid-friendliness: no kids area, but all the seating is pretty spaced out so it's ok if you can't keep your kids in their seats hahaParking: pretty spacious gravel parking lot

This is a quaint restaurant in the middle of Broussard. There is a nice sitting area under large oak tree. Food is always delicious. You can wait a little while, even if you call in an order as it is popular. I recommend checking it out. No alcohol is served but if you want to bring your bottle of wine and enjoy their yard, you can.
