Rio Cantina Mexican grill Reviews
Had a fine lunch with a great waitress! The white cheese dip is superior to other Mexican Restaurants in our area. An outstanding chips, bean dip, and salsa were served along the best taco salad (beef) with fresh chopped lettuce! Truly a delicious experience!
Great place and owned by the same folks as Las Palmas. Thumbs up to all the brisket dishes - my personal fave! 🥰
This place has definitely gone down the tubes. I think the only reason they still have the business they do is because it’s in an area where there are not many choices. Last night my daughter and I went and the waitress couldn’t even say hello or anything. After about 15 or more minutes, we had to ask 3 times to have our order taken. She finally walked over and just looked at us. Then when she brought the food she just put it on the table, didn’t say a work and walked away....read full review

Rio Cantina Mexican Grill offers delicious and plentiful food, with favorites like shrimp and brisket quesadillas. Guests love the complimentary salsa and bean dip. The bar area has a great atmosphere, similar to a mini sports bar, and is spacious enough to accommodate large groups. The owner/manager is friendly and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns. The restaurant has a beautiful interior layout and excellent service. Their margaritas are highly recommended. However, some guests have noted that the Spanish rice may need adjustment, as it should not be undercooked or overcooked. The music can be too loud at times, with some guests commenting on the choice of reggaeton. Parking is convenient, with handicapped options available. Rio Cantina is kid-friendly, offering color sheets and crayons, with popular items like black bean dip and quesadillas. The tamale plate is a must-try dish that is sure to impress even the most seasoned food critics. While service is generally great, there have been occasional delays between drink orders and food orders during busier times.
