This is by far the worst Taco Bell, I have ever eaten at. The staff is incredibly rude, will insult their customers to their face. Tonight we ordered four bean burritos with bean and cheese only. They proceeded to hand us four rolled up pieces of bread with cheese and hot sauce on it. Then don't even ask them to fix their mistake. The big guy rainbow guy that work.nights so rude! He come.on the intercom coughing to make you not want to order!! Then when you pull up it's a old elderly lady at the window!! Mind you this is at night like 11pm to 12am time frame!!! They are so rude when. I see they are at the window I go to one on college drive by Walmart in baton rouge!!! I’m writing this as I’m waiting in line for my food. There was no greeting at the speaker box. “What can I get you” is what the lady said with an attitude. My boyfriend said we had a mobile order. She proceeded to ask “what can I get you.” When we got to the window to pick up the food, the guy opened the window and said “ma’am can you pull backwards?” to my boyfriend. Clearly a male.
