I wanted to give this place a 0 star. First I ordered in the front they never did nothing they asked me to order from the kiosk one of them was not working because everyone else was was using the kiosks. then I open my box of nuggets to find out they sat there for 10 minutes, freezing cold, I asked them to heat it up but instead they rejected me because I have no idea why they wouldn’t heat it back up, then I got fries but those were fresh and hot but to find out my tooth...read full review
This is my second encounter with poor service at this location. Drive up to the drive thru this morning. Wait wait wait for the person to take my order. Just sitting and asking for service. Nobody answers. Yet people in the store watching you drive around. Bye Felicia!!!! Pitiful
They act as if we don’t know when our fries NOT FRESH IF I SAY I WANT MY FRIES MY FOOD PERIOD FRESH MAKE IT FRESH it’s no way I give yall fries back twice the same fries hard burnt some cold and greasy then they still wasn’t fresh the third time fires take 3 minutes not even the whole 3 minutes don’t give nobody nothing yall wouldn’t eat‼DROP FRESH FRIES
