Agave Mexican Restaurant

Amazing tacos and friendly staff! My waitress/bartender today (I believe she’s 20, Honduran descent) was extremely kind, attentive, and is excellent in her job. Super easy to talk to, it’s a breath of fresh air to meet people like this in my line of work. I give this restaurant my highest of recommendations.

My Husband & I FINALLY had a chance to experience this beautiful restaurant. The food and ambiance was wonderful. Our waitress Mary was very sweet & pleasant. We will definitely return again.

We had a great lunch here. The food was very good. Very pricey for lunch though. Worth the price but not something our family of four can afford on a regular basis. We spent over $100 on lunch 😬. One margarita. The margarita was amazing I must say. Lower lunch prices and I think this place would be packed. Our server was great but we were her only table for the 30-40 minutes we were in there. I can’t recall going to a restaurant and be the ONLY table. So we got the VIP treatment lol.

This place is a hidden gem I never knew existed right up the road from my house! Super sweet customer service! So friendly and welcoming! Very clean environment and Beautiful place! AMAZING food! SO QUICK too! They have breakfast, lunch and dinner too with specials!

If you haven’t tried them yet you need to. The atmosphere and service is great. Food is great especially the Grande Burrito. Such a friendly and clean place to eat!

We decided to try them for lunch today! The tamales were fresh and so good. Allan had the agave burrito and I had the chicken enchilada and ranch hand taco. The place was clean, the service and food was excellent!

The best margarita I’ve ever had to start with. The food did not disappoint as well! Best Mexican food in the city. The owners Ray and Carol were so personable as well and took so much pride in our experience. Can’t say enough about Agave!

Small selection but that means your food is actually made fresh. Chicken fajita was delicious salsa queso and guacamole was fresh and tasty price is amazing

Great legit margaritas! Food was good. Service good. The restaurant is also extremely clean. The owner is an interesting and energetic guy! If you're out near Chalmette, definitely try it.
