Best Chinese food on the Gulf Coast. Neveah was our server and she was amazing. We never had to ask for anything she was on time throughout the entire meal. So glad this place is back open. My husband and I travel from Mississippi to come eat here. We LOVE IT!!

Love this place use to go with my mom all the time forbthe Mandarin Chicken and Hot and sour soup.. Best around.. Felt like it was 1998 all over again... Brooke was our server. She was phenomenal. She was attentive and very people friendly. Highly recommend China Ruby. Ps Ask for Brooke as well. She is an amazing waitress. She takes pride in what she does. Great Experience we will back...

For now, we'll chalk this up to Re-Growth pains. Management really needs to organize the dinning room before overloading the kitchen with to go orders. Hostesses will help to improve service as they can inform waitresses as to who came in and where they're sitting.
