I was greeted as I walked in. Felt very welcomed. Sat at the bar. My server Deidre was very nice and attentive I got an order of Onion Rings that were very crispy and seasoned perfectly. I also got a Hamburger with French Fries. The burger was very good and a good size as well and the fries were hot and crispy. To top it off I had Michelob draft beer that was very cold and very good. Overall I give WOW my highest recommendation!!
The food was pretty good, but the wait staff are mostly terrible. I was picking up an order, and I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. Two of the five wait staff were working hard and courteous, one was an expeditor, so she was busy. The other two were hiding by the pick up window, not doing much, but looking at the customers that came in like they were a bother. One of the latter looked at me when I came up to the counter like "wtf do you want?" Good food, unwelcoming...read full review
