Both restrooms had hand written out of order signs on them. By law a restaurant is supposed to close if they have no working restrooms. Neighborhood is scary.

I watched a woman preparing pizza stop touch and answer her phone..while continueing to make pizza. Not washing her hands. Watched someone grab pizza to eat and come back to handle the dough without washing his hands. Only good thing the person on register was super friendly.

We ordered 2 small pizzas. The order was correct and delivered on time. When we started eating our pizza we discovered that both pizzas were undercooked. The dough was half raw. We had to put them in the air fryer to get the dough cooked. I called the store manager in the Chalmette store and it seemed like he couldn’t care less. I told him we didn’t want replacement pizzas, we just wanted him to be aware of the undercooked dough. He said he was sorry and he would be on the lookout in the future. We’ve never had any problems before with our pizzas. We are disappointed this tine.

Shout out to the staff working on 10/30! My boyfriends pizza was wrong and y'all fixed it with absolutely no drama. The women on the phone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Excellent customer service! Give those folks a raise, lol!

I always enjoy coming to this Papa John's location, in Chalmette. The workers are always knowledgeable and friendly. I especially had a great experience this time around with Ms. Shelly. Ms. Shelly let me know about ALL the specials they had to offer; and kept me in a comfortable price range. As food and everything is really expensive. I will continue to patronize this location. The manager answered the d stores phone. SHOCKED With most pizza places having oit sources answering services. She was pleasant and I asked about special's, for 2? She helped me out & had our order delivered! We paid but it was worth it ! PIZZA ? WAS HOT & MADE PERFECTLY- OH SO DELICIOUS. Cheesesticks was great too. I forgot to ask for red crushed peppers & permission cheese, little green packets, But still good Just would've been better w/ those. WISH PAPA John's would ask customers or even better ( Food is being delivered- Ya'll show give at least 3 or 4 for 2 LG items)? Just a recommendation to All Papa John's! I'd recommend this location! Their sauce tasted just like it did from the beginning when Papa Johns,opened. NOT 4 other locations that I'm aware of in locations in Louisiana! Laplace , BR, Prairieville, Gonzales, All had new sauce. But THIS LOCATION TASTE LIKE IT DID WHEN I 1ST TRIED PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA! THE ONE I FELL FOR & I LOVE PIZZA! I'D ? RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I order the New York style this is the second time. Well I guess u get different people who make the order. A little disappointed because I ordered extra cheese and didn't get it. They need to make it with a thinner crust and regular pepperoni. The wings were so small I don't know what kind of chicken they use. A lot of restaurants in the Paris are going down hill. What I need to do is start cooking again.
We were staying at a VRBO and just wanted a quick meal, so we ordered from this store for a carry out. I went in to get our order, and let me tell you, in Georgia, people are never as nice as the people that work in this Papa Johns! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door. The sweet lady who had our order was so kind and sweet I wanted to hug her! The pizzas were hot and fresh and and I couldn't have been happier walking out the door! If I could give 10 stars to the staff alone I would. Thank you so much for just being nice. It was welcome after such a long tiring trip! Will definitely ordered there again when we come visit.

Whoever was taking phone calls yesterday night was rude. All I asked if she could pick out 6 flat wings for me. It’s just six they should be able to accommodate like other locations. She said it very snarky and then put me straight on hold without telling me anything. “Mam we don’t sit there and pick out the wings” but with attitude and I said it’s just 6 wings and they were not busy once so ever. I didn’t even get anything to eat and that’s the only thing I get from there.
