I ate here today for the 1st time and I will say I was pleasantly surprised, I’m not sure what my thoughts were while ordering my food. But this cafe knocked it out the park and for the low. Will be returning

Perks has been here for some time now and I've never gone even though I live here by it. MY LOSS! They're food and service do not disappoint. They exceed expectations. I really feel this place deserves much more recognition.

The Best soul food spot in the parish. I’m not going to lie the flavor is on point. The salmon and the greens are really good. Clean environment and a good place to eat after a hard day of work or just a fun family outing. 10-10
