Staff very friendly. Food prepared well. I just wish the way they made the items was consistent from restaurant to restaurant. For example I ordered a strawberry slush with lemon fruit one day and got just the juice which was great but another day at a different location I ordered the same thing and got TWO lemon lemon wedges in my drink, no juice. WEDGES. What kind of flavor is that supposed to add?

Ordered a large vanilla milkshake and it was literally like the milk was bad or spoiled. It was so gross. They did exchange it and the fresh one was fine.

They did away with their popcorn chicken. The new "premium chicken bites" do not taste the same at all.
This Sonic has improved so much over the last few years. Service, food and just overall one of the best I've eaten at. The New Smashburger is really good! Keep it up management and employees.

See update below. Didn't get food, it even get to order, as they left me hanging at the drive through almost 10 minutes, then 5 more at the widow, only to come and tell me that they were closed. I drove away at exactly their closing time, so I suppose they usually stop taking orders 15 minutes before closing, so they can clean up and reduce labor costs.
Update. Gerrika called me and we talked about my experience. Very nice conversation and she welcomed me back to give them another try. Great experience, tried the new Smash Burger with chili tots and, of course, a large cherry limeade. Perfect order, great new burger, really appreciate the follow up and care taken to address consumer concerns.

I frequent this location via DoorDash a lot because it’s the only one near me. They never give the condiments unless I’m there in person, so I called my dasher and asked them to ask them to PLEASE ask them to pay attention to all my condiments because I had quite a large order with different things that I needed condiments for. From coneys, to corn dogs, to chicken sandwiches and mozzarella sticks, etc. so not only did they not put not a one condiment, they made sure, out of a 44 plus dollar order, to send ONE coney in a huge bag. I called several times and nobody is answering the phone. This is beyond pitiful! They give us options to choose condiments and they never send them and that’s not right! The sauces bring the food together! Who wants mozzarella sticks with no marinara? Hot dogs with literally NO ketchup, mustard or relish? Corn dogs, no condiments. French toast sticks, NO SYRUP. A Gm or someone higher up needs to take a serious look at this store and find out why they’re holding onto the sauces that we’re PAYING for with our items, yet never getting them! And who made my huge order with ONE ITEM! I believe they were trying to be smart alecks because my dasher asked them to pay attention to my order and condiments! Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE! And I bet had someone answered they’d say take it up with DoorDash, but if y’all are proud to play games like this with customers who choose to patronize your establishment, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves! Would never return here!
