Hands down, B & J Seafood's crawfish is the best!!! We have been eating their crawfish since the 1990's when they were on St. Claude Avenue. The flavor is not too spicy, not salty it is just right. The lines are always long and you have to order ahead to get it, because it really goes fast. They have not changed the recipe for years and I hope they don't.
I love coming to B&J seafood in Chalmette. Ms. Savannah is very friendly and always has a smile when I see her. I have never had a bad experience there. B&J is a customer friendly establishment. The prices are very good!!?? ??
