First time I lived that obvious establishment I did not know the menu and I was swallowing and when I still did not finish the computer, I lost my entire order and start over after of 30 Minutes ordering, and we ask for order in the Counter and they said they did not have time, to do it in the kiosk. Debut and farewell I left. 😡😡

I thought Wendy’s prided themselves on Quality Food , hence the reason I prefer going there over MCDONALDS. Today , I was in the drive through and no body was behind me , I took a little longer to order because of the rain and not being able to see the menu . I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and a small fries , the amount was over 6.50 , I made the comment that I could of ordered the same thing with the biggee bag ( which included a drink and 4piece nuggets) for 1.50 less , well he asked me if I wanted to change my order and I said yes. Worst mistake, I got the order that had been sitting there for hours because everything was cold . Will check my order before leaving. Lesson learned! This was at 2:45pm

Drive thru, Ordered 2 salads and some fries. Salads were good and fresh. Got home and no fries. $21 . Should have dug in the bag and checked but it was my 4th stop running around. My wife wanted those fries Wendy's, I definitely paid for them.
