Like how hard is it to read an order? I get to counter after placing my order at the kiosk (cause people do not listen), then they tell me that the soda machine is down, offered lemonade or water..Get back to the table with my order, and my 5 year old takes a bite out of her nuggets.. which btw are the ghost pepper ones.. and about looses it.. I know what I ordered… fast food sucks now days. People just don’t care. Until they get someone sick and then they probably still won’t…Management needs to get this place together. Only good thing here was the lack of people which is always enjoyable..

Every time Wendy’s has a special burger this location runs out of buns. It like the manager doesn’t know how to manage. They have to order more buns for the store. Very simple. No point in advertising you are selling something if the customer can’t buy it. I don’t buy something else, I just leave mad not wanting to come back to Wendy’s. Every time! It’s very frustrating!

Hands down the worst place to eat in the parish. Grossly incompetent doesn't even begin to sum it up. If you order a cheeseburger they will give you a plain one. Order nuggets and they will give you a cheeseburger. Order 4 drinks and you'll get 2. I've been here a few times and they have screwed me every single time. I placed a very basic, simple drive thru order today at around 4 pm. The "woman" who gave me my order even confirmed the drink order with us, then proceeded to "forget" to give me 2 of my drinks. It's hard to imagine this being an accident. They had JUST confirmed my drink order. Then the fries had an odd, sour, rancid taste to them. The staff here are obviously either profoundly cognitively disabled or they are all on drugs or both. Either way, they are a danger to society and should not be allowed in the general population without some kind of aid or handler. I grew up eating mickey ds in the ghettos of nyc and this wendys makes them look like Antoines. I will NEVER return here, not as a paying customer anyway. The industrial revolution and its consequences have been a disaster to the human race.

Two days in a row someone didn't get their food. Same woman two days in a row put food back from a bag. Both days the bags had been sitting there for quite a while also. That is repulsing not sure I'll be going back. I don't want a old burger from a bag meant for someone else. Lord knows how long the food was sitting there at the counter. That's just not right.
