First time visiting the Ponchatoula location where Ricky was super helpful and Paige was quick to get my "The big fill up!" order together. The only thing preventing a 5 star for food is that the brisket was not as smoky as I like, but still lean and well cooked. The ribs were fall of the bone tender and the sauce gave the pulled pork extra tastiness!
