Boulevard American Bistro Reviews
Back in town for a quick trip, I was excited to see that Boulevard had opened a new location in the Warehouse District. Since the Elmwood and original locations have always been fantastic, I knew I had to stop in.
There were four of us for lunch, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with true Southern hospitality. Our server, Joel, welcomed us warmly and gave great recommendations for both appetizers and entrées.

This past weekend we had an 85th birthday celebration for a family member at The Boulevard in Covington. There were 16 of us dining at the same time. The staff at the Boulevard went over and above to ensure that we had the best celebration possible. They were very friendly and accommodating. We purchased a variety of entrées and appetizers and not one complaint from anyone. The food came out, timely, hot and delicious.
Beware when making gift card purchases!
I requested a $50 gift card — employee rang up a $100 one! Really didn’t have a choice of canceling, as it would have taken 5 to 7 business days to get my $100 refunded back to my card on top of the $50 that would be deducted from my bank account for the cost of the gift card that I requested.

The Boulevard American Bistro offers a mixed dining experience with a nice restaurant atmosphere. The staff is described as amazing and well-trained, and the bar features a full-service menu that makes delicious drinks and has a broad wine selection. While some customers find the pricing a bit high, many appreciate the good prices and quality of many dishes that are typical of fine dining restaurants.
The restaurant's new location in the Warehouse District has received positive reviews for its Southern hospitality and knowledgeable server recommendations. Customers enjoy delicious appetizers like the spinach dip, smoked salmon, BBQ shrimp, and Deviled Eggs. The entrees, including the Hawaiian Ribeye, which is wood-grilled and marinated in pineapple ginger, and the double crab cakes, have also been well-received. The ribeye is noted for its great taste and juiciness, though it can be a bit chewy. The shared dessert, Key Lime Pie with a pecan graham cracker crust, is also considered very good.
Though there are some inconsistencies, such as the time taken for food to arrive, the Boulevard American Bistro appears to provide a decent dining experience, with the new location particularly praised for its quality and attention to detail. The grab-and-go section remains a convenient option for nearby workers, making it a popular choice overall.
