Back in town for a quick trip, I was excited to see that Boulevard had opened a new location in the Warehouse District. Since the Elmwood and original locations have always been fantastic, I knew I had to stop in. There were four of us for lunch, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with true Southern hospitality. Our server, Joel, welcomed us warmly and gave great recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. For appetizers, we ordered the spinach dip, smoked salmon, deviled eggs, and BBQ shrimp. Everything was delicious, but the smoked salmon stood out—it tasted even better than I remembered! The new bread served with the shrimp was also a great touch. For our entrées, we had the double crab cakes (packed with more crab than I’ve ever had in a restaurant), the roasted half chicken (perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth tender, even the breast meat was moist), the grilled redfish, and a fresh, well-prepared salad. Each dish was excellent, showcasing the quality and attention to detail that Boulevard is known for. This new location is a fantastic addition to their portfolio. As we were leaving, I noticed the grab-and-go section—such a great option for anyone working nearby! Thank you for bringing Boulevard closer to the CBD. When time is limited, it’s great to have a location that’s easier to get to. I’ll definitely be back!
Lovely lunch!

This restaurant has changed a lot so disappointed. This is my second review first was 5 stars and Today barely one . The quality of the food has changed so much that it looks like a fast food.

Everything we ordered was delicious. I found the trout a little salty but I was the only one. Service was top notch. Also, the pork chop is HUGE.

We’ve ordered takeout several times as well as dined in. Takeout orders are never complete. Delivery orders are mixed up with other deliveries from other restaurants. Food in restaurant takes too long and is usually cold. It’s a shame because we missed Houston’s and we’re excited about the knock-off. Just can’t trust that you’ll get what you paid for even though they did comp us on the last to go order.

Zach was our bartender. He was perfect. The Happy Hour is cool but we still spent 200. Appetizers 11 @ Mini Dips yummy. Oysters only 3 but slaw thing yummy. Tuna classic and fresh. Star of the show the absolutely perfect crab cakes with Duck Dirty Rice. We will be back

Birthday dinner at Covington location. Ordered prime rib. A raw piece of meat came on my plate. It was cold and bloody. I usually prefer my steaks medium rare, but this one had no cooked edges at all and was refrigerator cold, they didn’t even bother to warm it. The baked potato was also undercooked and cold. I will not go back to this restaurant, and I have warned my family and friends. To my surprise, several of them had similar experiences. It’s a shame, it has so much potential. Very disappointed.

The act of one of the managers has made me never want to spend money here or even try it out. Very inconsiderate and bitchy.
Nice place. I was craving roasted chicken and looked for the closest restaurant - this popped up. Fire roasted chicken and mashed potatoes were delicious.

This past weekend we had an 85th birthday celebration for a family member at The Boulevard in Covington. There were 16 of us dining at the same time. The staff at the Boulevard went over and above to ensure that we had the best celebration possible. They were very friendly and accommodating. We purchased a variety of entrées and appetizers and not one complaint from anyone. The food came out, timely, hot and delicious.
I am so happy that I selected to try the fried oysters, crab cake (about 95% crabmeat), and key lime pie as part of Taste of Tammany. Our wait person, Marie (?), was wonderful!! The service was fantastic!
Slowest service this side of the Mississippi.
