The staff is so incredibly nice and friendly. We take our kids here often, and it’s always an enjoyable experience, but today the workers really went above and beyond. I wish I caught the names, but overall I have had a pleasant experience with the entire staff. Really recommend this location!Kid-friendliness: They surprised our kiddos with Cafe du Monde hats, and are so kind and willing to chat with our rambunctious toddlers.

Nice place to getyiur cafe au lait and beignett fix. Down to earth servers and plenty of seating inside,thanks for the southern hospitality. They have my kids some nice little hats to wear,they enjoyed the sugar as well.

Happened to be in Covington and this location is a respite from New Orleans. Early Sunday evening visit was a nice finish to the weekend. Mellow and quiet. Beignets were fresh and light. A bit heavy-handed on the powdered sugar. Decaf cafe au lait was tasty- love that chicory! Service was prompt and friendly. Cafe was clean and tables were bussed promptly.

The special needs employees were wonderful, however we encounter a very rude server when we got there. It was our first time there and she was too inpatient to get the order and didn't explain the menu. She was short and not nice. It took all my excitement away of going there.

Nice to go when you don't want to go to the quarter.... I wish the quality was as good for the locals as it is for the tourists. The "dough balls" were soggy and the cafe au lait was sludgy. For whatever reason the Mandeville location is much better than Covington :-(.
