This location is great and makes your beignets fresh and great customer service. Good to know theres other cafe du mondes out of new orleans that are just as great. Just not the one in Kenner.
My favorite place to get cafe au lait and beignets and I’m so glad they have other locations than just New Orleans. Very, very friendly service, quick service here as there was no wait. Highly recommend this spot and I’ll always be coming back.
Recently watched The Princess and the Frog and my daughter really wanted what Tiana was making. So happened that a couple days later we would be making our way through Louisiana and found this location off the highway.
My kids loved how smothered the beignets were in powdered sugar. We also had the ice cafe au lat.
Careful though! The beignets were piping hot! Give them a moment to cool before devouring.
