Some employees were not friendly especially when trying to decide on which items I wanted to order for my family. The employee at the register when my family and I arrived had poor customer service and was reluctant to answer questions asked regarding the menu and token purchasing.Parking: Covington, LAKid-friendliness: Fun filled activities for my 3 year old granddaughter with some parent and grandparent assistance and supervision.

The young girl in the front was very nice and helpful but when it came to my food it was not made right and when asked to remake it the cook said he was not and had a very nasty attitude the kitchen manager was also rude and the burned-out pizza they tried to give me and half cooked wings and half cooked fries had to get a refund. the games worked fine

This location was awesome. We got there that morning when they opened and my kids played non stop without having to wait in line for turns etc.! It worked out! I forgot how great the pizza at this place was too. The servers and staff are friendly and the atmosphere was very kid friendly. I must say it's very different from when I was a kid to now, missing the tunnels and ball pits, slides ? and most of all this place was free of violence..atleast for the time we were there. So we will definitely be going back and kuddos to the staff and owner bc the location in slidell has closed and this is the only one for miles!The salad bar is very very fresh!

The food was great for kids. I found it a bit salty,but that's OK for the target Eaters. The biggest complaint I had was I couldn't get tokens unless I stood in line until my nephew's 6th birthday. If you are going to use them, make it easier to buy.

My daughter and I absolutely love it here!! We visit the store often for a little bonding time, we always had and will continue having a wonderful time here. The food is great, and the people are so darling. She also loved all the new features to the store, ESPECIALLY the dance floor!! I'll be so sad once she decides she's to old for Chuck E. Cheese.. Hope the time never comes!!!!
