Server was Amie, very sweet lady and stayed on top of things as she had several tables she was attending. She had a smile on her face every time she came to our table. The only complaint was the music it was very high volume today. The food as always was enjoyable.

January 1, 2025, was our 50th wedding anniversary. My husband called and made reservations for Copeland’s @12 noon as that was the time of day we married! I would like to THANK you all for treating us so special and was so nice. Our Waiter went beyond the call of duty as far as we’re concerned. He came and told us if we like, his Manager would like to treat us to a couple glasses of Champagne. We thought that was so sweet and thoughtful! Being fairly new to this area, we’ve only eaten there a couple times, so once again Thank You for helping to make our day so special! It’s the little things that matter!

Holly was very attentive and nice. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us consistently. She answered questions about the menu and was very patient with us. She made our overall experience a delight.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp to use to enter the building.

I came in with my mom and sister on October 3rd around 6 pm. Our server took about 10 minutes to greet us. She brought our drinks and my mom said she would like to order 2 of the chicken parmesan sandwiches, one to go for my dad later. We also got the crawfish bread. It had been about 20 minutes and we hadn’t seen our server. She finally came back and said the sandwiches were almost ready…even thought one was meant to be to go. We let her know the second one was supposed to be togo but it was too late and it was cold by the time we left.
As we waited 10 more minutes for our food to come out, we noticed the server had gotten sat two more times, and both tables waited at least 15 minutes to be greeted. After our meal was over, I had to ask someone walking past if they could grab our server because she hadn’t been seen since our food hit the table. She came out the back of the kitchen. I will give her grace because she was heavily pregnant, but going out to eat is meant to be a good experience, especially when your job is based on tips. Our food was also disgusting, soggy and cold. So right after we left, I called and asked to speak with a manager. The hostess says she will transfer me. Then the next person says she will transfer me. The phone hangs up. I leave a message with my phone number and name…no response! So here’s my review, and i have never written one before. Copeland’s, do better!

Just driving through from Florida to Texas. Stayed right next door. After driving 12 hours we wanted something close & convenient. Dinner was amazing. The red beans & rice were the best I have ever had. Wife had the club salad. She loved it (especially the bacon ?)
Megan took excellent care of us. No room for desert but the cheesecakes looked great.
Wish we were closer ?. Prices were much more reasonable than home in Florida. Great place to eat & drink.

Service was sub par but not horrible. Ordered lots of food for 10 people. Food was priced well for quality. Loved the new look and atmosphere. Of course the cheesecake was delicious.

Parking: Tight parking but had spaces available.

We had an excellent meal in te renovated dining room. It is so bright and pleasant compared to our recollection of the original Copeland's restaurant.

Our server was very accommodating even though she also had a much larger table at the same time as us.

1st I like to say thank you to DESTANY B. the service was upon and beyond full of joy and happiness even when we had to move tables! Way to go young lady your smile is beautiful! Food was hot and good! I can't afford to go out much ! It was a special night for us. My granddaughter joined us for the 1st time since chemotherapy treatment is going! WE has a special treat CASY SABA musician in the background I enjoyed the music and my granddaughter @ 3 was entertained in a very special way . Thank you for allowing her to reach out and touch you instrument! That a very special guitar you have and for her to reach out to you was a sight that doesn't happen. So thank you again! Happy birthday was also done ! You made some one light up! We had such and enjoyable evening! The floors are very wet and slippery! The hostess @ 7pm was doing everything she could do to keep up with the restroom!!! I am sorry to say I can't believe what some women do! No vents so it's very hot and floors are very slippery! As a disabled person a fall would be a nightmare. Would love to go out more unfortunately the prices are very high! And if I could have left a hundred dollar tip I would have for Destany B. I don't know you but the service was appreciated so much! Very attentive waters filled things removed! And service with a beautiful smile! That will carry you far in life! Don't let anything take the joy you have!

Parking: Busy yet found a spot right up front ! Flowers and plants well kept! Would have set outside but the rain held us it ! Can't complain it was a beautiful night !

I love the new upgrades to the restaurant. It's light bright and airy. The addition of outdoor dining makes for a really good spot to hang out after work, with friends or on a date night. The food is still delicious, and there are some new menu options.
