I left my purse at the restaurant in Covington LA. It was immediately picked up by the bartender and put into the safe. A manager decided to get it out of the safe and throw all of the contents away. The district manager, Mr. Thrash, reviewed the security cameras and said that my purse was dumped out because the manager on duty noticed crumbs in it while he was looking for identification. I had already called the restaurant to give my information and ask they keep the purse safe until I could pick it up. I had a pair of Maui Jim prescription sunglasses in my purse amoung other personal possessions, all of which are gone.
I have asked Mr. Thrash to reimburse me for the items since his staff decided to clean out my purse and throw everything away. Mr. Thrash will not reply to my emails or text messages. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would love if someone from the corporate office can contact me.

Food was good. Amie was great, energetic and fun.
The hostess did not look up or acknowledge my party when we arrived for what seemed like a long awkward moment but other than that, our time at Copeland’s was great.

I really wanted to love this place I had heard so much about it. Service was really slow. I got oysters and an Alfredo with crab cakes. The oysters was the best thing I got. My crab cakes had too much breading and was dry. I didn't even eat much of my food. I just was very underwhelmed by the whole experience

My experience at Copeland’s was absolutely wonderful, and that was all because of our amazing waitress, Amie! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such warmth and genuine hospitality. She was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and made fantastic recommendations.
Amie made sure our drinks stayed full, our food arrived just right, and she checked in at the perfect times. Her positive attitude and beautiful smile truly enhanced our dining experience. You can tell she takes pride in what she does β€” she made us feel valued and cared for.

My son and I had dinner at Copeland's yesterday. Had not been there in years. But we were disappointed. The menu has changed. We knew this restaurant for its seafood, but there were not many choices and what we ordered was not great. There were for chicken though. Service was good.

Really disappointed with my dine-in experience. I returned because my first carryout visit was good, but this time the service was terrible.

After being seated, my waiter disappeared multiple times. I waited about 20 minutes just to order my entrΓ©e and later sat 30–40 minutes with an empty table before having to flag someone down for my bill. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, which made it more frustrating.

As a restaurant manager myself, I understand how shifts go β€” but completely neglecting a guest is unacceptable. The food was fine, but the service made me feel unwelcome. I won’t be back.
