The two girls that were working on May 26th at 7:30 was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes multiple times after giving me the wrong order. When I went inside to get a refund both of the girls ran to the back hysterically laughing.When I got my order for the second time it was incorrect and burnt. Very unprofessional!!!

The absolute worst location in America. Inconsiderate and inconsistent coffee. I’ll drive to Meterie or La Place. You can’t even tell them to fix something the staff gets rude. I’ve had to walk out in disgust. I’m from Massachusetts so I know DD. Please do better!

Terrible experience today. I usually don’t have a problem but today. My coffee was made completely wrong after I asked for a latte, I got iced coffee, totally different if an actual barista was making it. Also my avocado toast was soggy.
A apple fritter is not the size of a glazed donut. For $2.07 you are ripping people off.

Just threw all my munchkins on top my donut in a bag. Food is great but service needs some help. I went inside this time thinking the service would be better than the drive through because I sat in that forever last time. But service was no better.

The crew has no hospitality. There’s zero engagement and the front lobby napkins are always empty. We take our kids there because they love the donuts and it’s the only reason we go otherwise we wouldn’t.
