Dunkin’ Donuts makes no donuts at the individual store. They are made at a certain location frozen and sent to all the stores. They have no fryers they cook nothing. Dunkin’ Donuts are now just thawers.

WORST DONUT SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!! tried over and over to give this do it shop and chance yet Everytime it's the same thing...never get greeted when walking into the building they let u stand at the front counter for at least 10 mins before they will let you know someone will be with u...while they stand by drive thru and talk and laugh...also never been to a place where they help the whole drive thru before they help the people waiting inside...by no means am I trying to be ugly but shouldn't all customers be treated the same...the girl at the front got mad bc I asked how much longer on my order since they were slinging good and drinks out the drive thru why couldn't I get my order?? The girl didn't even respond grabbed my things and threw them on the counter!! I WILL NOT BE BACK

Last couple of times I went it has not been a good experience. Food was cold or not the right food given. Called and explained I could not go back because I had to be at work. Response was well accidents happen. Do better people! Pay attention. People are paying you their money for this and it should be what they want or at least fresh!!! Will not be returning after this last time. This is the Covington Lousiana on Hwy 190 location!

I wouldn’t give them any stars for service and Atmosphere but you have to give at least 1 star so that’s what I did. Was inside for over 15 minutes and not one person asked me how can I help you. Poor service. Won’t be back.
The two girls that were working on May 26th at 7:30 was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes multiple times after giving me the wrong order. When I went inside to get a refund both of the girls ran to the back hysterically laughing.When I got my order for the second time it was incorrect and burnt. Very unprofessional!!!

The absolute worst location in America. Inconsiderate and inconsistent coffee. I’ll drive to Meterie or La Place. You can’t even tell them to fix something the staff gets rude. I’ve had to walk out in disgust. I’m from Massachusetts so I know DD. Please do better!
