Ordered a half dozen glazed donuts and some hash brows on door dash. When the food arrived, the hash browns were hard as bricks and could not be eaten. They also gave me every type of donut except the glaze i asked for.

Walked into an empty storefront around 8:45am on a Sunday and not one of the 4-5 women behind the counter acknowledged me or tried to take my order. One cashier was answering the drive-thru headset, but the other, presumably the one taking in-store orders, was on a cellphone…dealing with something perhaps, but no one said “we’ll be right with you” until I asked another employee if I could order. Her reply was that the cashier on the headset would be with me next…and naturally she proceeds to take another customer via drive-thru. Rather than wait and become frustrated, I left with my two small children in tow. If the service isn’t there, it’s highly unlikely that the food or drink will be satisfactory. Do better DD!

Dunkin’ Donuts makes no donuts at the individual store. They are made at a certain location frozen and sent to all the stores. They have no fryers they cook nothing. Dunkin’ Donuts are now just thawers.
This place is amazing. I don’t know what Melissa and some other reviewers are doing to get the service they supposedly are getting. These girls are friendly, fast, and amazing in every way.

WORST DONUT SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!! tried over and over to give this do it shop and chance yet Everytime it's the same thing...never get greeted when walking into the building they let u stand at the front counter for at least 10 mins before they will let you know someone will be with u...while they stand by drive thru and talk and laugh...also never been to a place where they help the whole drive thru before they help the people waiting inside...by no means am I trying to be ugly but shouldn't all customers be treated the same...the girl at the front got mad bc I asked how much longer on my order since they were slinging good and drinks out the drive thru why couldn't I get my order?? The girl didn't even respond grabbed my things and threw them on the counter!! I WILL NOT BE BACK
