Terrible experience today. I usually don’t have a problem but today. My coffee was made completely wrong after I asked for a latte, I got iced coffee, totally different if an actual barista was making it. Also my avocado toast was soggy.

The crew has no hospitality. There’s zero engagement and the front lobby napkins are always empty. We take our kids there because they love the donuts and it’s the only reason we go otherwise we wouldn’t.

Store was very clean. Was helped immediately with nice service. Unfortunately 2 of our 3 items were wrong and then the remake sandwich was also wrong. Also noticed Avocado in the cream cheese, the young lady used the same utensil for both, this could be a problem if I was allergic. Our coffees were good though!

Orders on the mobile app for pickup. Went to pickup and staff told me espresso machine wasn’t working. Asked for a refund but would not give me one and told me to reach out to Dunkin corporate. Reached out to corporate and haven’t heard anything and it’s been a month. No drink and no money back for purchase. Staff was rude about it when I asked for a refund for the drink they couldn’t make, not sure why they were rude. Really the only reason I’m leaving a review
