Ran in to pick up donuts for a road trip. Took a bite as soon as we got in the car. They were very cold and almost hard. Who serves cold donuts?? Very disappointing.

I went this morning and used the mobile app to order ahead but forgot to change the milk to oat milk because I am lactose intolerant and I asked if they could change it and at first they said no because it was an upcharge but when I offered to pay they said it was already made and they couldn’t remake it. They simply just did not want to remake it so I just wasted my money because I can’t have regular milk

There are hardly any dunkin' Donuts here compared to Illinois which was rough for me at first. I love this Duncan when I have the opportunity to go. The staff are kind attentive and always make my drinks to order! I would go way more often if I lived closer! One of the workers made a suggestion for my iced coffee with cold foam which I had never had and I am now obsessed! They definitely know what they are doing!

first time going to dunkin' i had high hopes cause i always heard their drinks are just so sweeter than other coffee places! i love sweet! but i got my iced coffee w 4 pumps of this and 4 pumps of that already included... & it tastes like coffee water w ice. maybe next time i'll add more or pick a different drink?

Called to let them know it was 3 deep in the drive thru and was told they did not open until 6am. Both Google maps and dunkin app say they open at 5:30am. To make matters worse, my order was messed up, but due to my schedule, I was unable to go back and get it fixed. This location usually is staffed with cheerful employees who know what they're doing. Hopefully this was a one-time mess-up.

Love this location!! The drive through line always moves super quickly and the staff is always cheerful and happy to help. My daughter and I go every Sunday for donuts and coffee! Great jobs guys! Keep up the good work!!
Iced coffee is literally brown water. They made my coffee with way to much cream and instead of fixing it like I asked, they just gave me another cup of the watered down iced coffee.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to this Dunkin!! I can no longer have caffeine and have been traveling for over 2 weeks and hit up MANY DD's along the way. This store had decaf coffee and it was freshly made!! It's bad that I had to give up coffee, but then to get old, bitter decaf from others stores is even worse!! Thank you for your perfect cup of coffee and making my morning great!!!

The old fashioned donuts were on point. The coffee was weak, very weak as though the grounds were used twice. The raspberry refresher was NOT refreshing and undrinkable. Frankly, it was either made wrong (likely) or it needs to go off the menu. The chocolate covered donuts were dry. How do things go this wrong when the menu is so limited? Seriously, the only saving grace was the old fashioned donuts which I am willing to bet are no longer made on site. You failed Dunkin, you failed.

My daughter got the raspberry watermelon refresher and it was not even bearable to drink. It truly feel like it was prepared wrong because there was no way that can be the way it’s SUPPOSED to taste. She also got donuts and they were old and stale. My mother in law got a cop of regular ole coffee and it took about 20 mins to make two drinks. The consumables were terrible and so was the service.
