Frequent guest to this establishment. Family and I love the food, staff, and atmosphere, but this on this occasion there was a lady who had to much to drink & was very very loud, vulgar, and disrespectful for those around her. The staff was very patient with her & handled it professionally, but unfortunately it wasn't the best night for my family.
Food was amazing. This had to be the best steaks we have ever had. The staff were super attentive and nice. However as the evening got busier the slower the response time became. The attire I would describe as a relaxed cocktail. We are already talking about what dessert we are going to try next time we go.
Have visited this location 10-12 times in the last four years. We travel to Covington for business/pleasure and just love to eat here. But tonight was a different story. Food was great, ambiance great, Megan our waitress GREAT, but John the bartender was a a$$. We had a 2 Ole Miss alumni and 1 Ole Miss baseball player with us and asked John to please turn on the Ole Miss/ Arkansas game and he refused. Said the patrons wanted to watch LSU. On all 6 tv's ???
