Went to get a sandwich from Jimmy John's off 190 in covington la. Was very unhappy with the amount of meat. It did not go all way across the bun. It was a giant ham and cheese. Would not recommend this place for only the reason there is hardly any meat. Subway does better. Someone told me to try this and my answer and recommendation is if you like a bread sandwich it's for you otherwise go elsewhere

Usually have no issues with this location. Sandwich is usually always fresh, good and arrives in a timely manner, not freaky fast anymore, but normal delivery time. Today I ordered at 1:20p and by 1:50 the order was no longer showing a status, it changed to repeat order. So I called and she told me that he had just gotten back from a bunch of deliveries and was headed my way. It took 35 minutes after I called before it arrived and I am only 5 minutes from the store. I received my order at 2:25. Have to say, very disappointed with the service and the food I received today.

I came into the shop, 1 employee eating lunch 1 sitting in the lounge 1 behind the counter...no acknowledgement they just left me standing there.....I left customer service could really improve there was 1 car in drive through.. Better leadership is definitely needed

I ordered on the App for 2 sandwiches. When I got home I was very disappointed. I paid extra for regular guacamole and as the picture shows it looks more like they put it on and then wiped it off. I did not go back nor did I call because what were they going to tell me? I was not going all the way back. If management sees this please have another day of training.Than you.

Our first time going, I told the cashier... It's a tad bit awkward trying to place the order, not understanding the menu selections. You have to step aside, take a couple extra minutes to TRY to figure it out. He didn't offer any help with placing our order, seeing we were confused too. The bread was very fresh and meats very tasty!!!

I ordered avacado spread in place of mayo and there was probably 1/8th teaspoon total. Freaky Fast has gone out like the wind. It is approximately 1 hr minimum wait time from order to delivery.
