It was a breath of fresh air visiting Jimmy John’s yesterday. In a world where you rarely find good customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely kind, yet efficient way they handled my order. And as I sat back and watched the team work together with smiles on their faces, I couldn’t help but have a smile on my face too. After receiving my sandwich, I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager, she looked up and with a smile said “I am the manager”....read full review
There is part of a rubber glove in our food. 🤢
I call in an order and ask before i place the order if it will be ready when i get there. The person says yes. We do not have a wait. However, they don't tell you, that they arent open on the inside and that you have to wait in line where people are placing orders and there are 10 plus cars in the drive thru blocking the bank and exit. I get this is a difficult time. But atleast be transparent with your customers. Our time is valuable as well.
