They forget items, or don’t add items because they don’t want to make them. The items are of terrible quality compared to other stores. This store has been doing poorly since I was 5 years old, 20 years ago.

Gave me a bunch of sauce I didn't ask for but left out the 10 piece I ordered
Showed up at 10:29 . Still serving breakfast so we waited the minute and they told us . There not serving lunch for another 5 minutes . So we tried ordering breakfast and that was closed down to. So we just left . Not sure if mcdonalds is now closed at certain times during the day or this was just a mishap between meals . The server seemed confused to. There was no cars in line when we showed up.

I tried giving this place a chance 10 times over the past year and every single time it's a problem be at the food the service the attitudes you name it I'll drive 15 minutes out of my way now before I come to this place again

Went through the drive-thru and the wait time was ridiculous, then had me park in a spot to wait for my food, to have all the cars behind me get their orders first. Then when they walked my food to my car it was incomplete and had to walk in to get the rest of it. Worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Not only that MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY INCORRECT. walked in asked for a refund they partially refunded me my money and had to get them to refund my entire amount.

I went to the McDonalds on Hwy 21 in Covington. I waited in line in the drive-through. No one was taking orders. I placed my order online while in line. The customer ahead of me finally left without placing an order.No one came on to take my order code. I sent my half Latino son inside. He told them he was there for a pickup. They asked him if it was a sausage egg meal. He looked down at the screen to check. Someone shouted, "You don't speak English!?"
This is racism at its finest. I went around the drive-through and told them yes, he does speak English, and theybecame defensive. The lack of work ethic or even courtesy is ridiculous. I will never go back to this location.
Absolutely the worst and slowest service I have gotten anywhere on this planet! I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes nobody would take my order. Literally had to go through the freaking drive-thru to get food this is absolutely ridiculous. You would expect this kind of service from high school kids not from grown ass women. Not only did this cost me 30 minutes on a 14-hour drive but I also got the wrong order to boot

Slooooooowwwww service. 15 minutes to get a dbl cheeseburger after placing my order thru the app.
And every McDonald's has now installed those stupid kiosks to order from. Employees stare at you like you have a third arm coming out your head and refuse to take your order at the counter.
Small dining room that can only seat 19 people.
Food is consistent with any other McDonald's that you may visit - blah. I still don't understand how people love their French fries. Save yourself some time and treat your heart right and go down the street to Panera and eat something a little more healthier.

This location is slow, they sound like they don’t want to be there, and they always make you pull up to a spot to get your food. I never have anyone behind me but they still make me pull up to a number… they are obviously doing this to make it look like they are giving their orders fast when they are not…..
