I love coming here as a little treat. I really like the snickerdoodle and recently they had Reese’s peanut butter and chocolate, which I had to try. Delicious. They stay so moist, even if I buy a few too many and they must wait their turn in my fridge.

I just came in for my birthday Bundt cake and they refused to give me. I was kinda excited and my family comes a lot. I come every year for my Bundt cake as well and they refused me one today. I show her my email from my eclub. Today’s my birthday and it said I had one. I’m not sure but I don’t appreciate this service.

I was so excited to go in with my birthday coupon for a free bundlet. I haven't been in years, so I was thrilled when I received the email. First of all, none of the girls working were friendly at all, which surprised me. Secondly, I told the girl who helped me that I was there to use my birthday coupon and I showed her the email. She first said, I need to check the expiration date, which I thought... well, maybe they have people trying to get things for free. My coupon was not expired and I had double checked before heading that way, so I knew I was good on that front. Next, she asked for my driver's license and wrote down all my information on a clipboard, which was bizarre to me and made me feel like a criminal. Then, she asked which cake I wanted and I looked and picked one and she says, that one isn't included... ok.... Picked a different one and went on my way. Out of curiosity, I checked my email later and nowhere on it does it mention flavor exclusions, so who knows.... I'm sure the cake I picked will be good, but I will never go back due to the weird experience. To the owners or manager, please train your employees to be kind and not so suspicious of customers. While I understand that you have to validated a coupon, being nice would go a long way.

I picked up a strawberries and cream for my boyfriend's birthday. I had to wait about 30-40 minutes while they made it because there weren't any already made. I couldn't decide which flavor I wanted and went back and forth. I think the girl waiting on my got s bit frustrated with me but I wasn't choosing fur myself and I had never tasted any of their cakes. I actually think it would be nice to possibly have at least a few of the flavors for people to sample. The store is small but very clean and cute. The parking is very limited. I wound up parking in the back of the building and had to walk sort of through a drive thru on one side of the building to go in the front door. There's no back entrance. The Bundt cakes are lovely. We brought it to a painting event that evening. It was good but I have to say it's very sweet! You definitely need to have a sweet tooth! I could only eat a few bites. While it's not for me, I do think it's a good and reasonably priced cake to take to an event/party.

My experience was horrible. First off I was there picking up a birthday cake because it was obviously my birthday. I had already signed into the eClub app the day before my birthday and I get there to order the cake and get a free little cake because it’s my birthday and the lady says she need to see that the app sent me a happy birthday email to get a free little cake and the app sent me emails but no happy birthday email and I showed her all my information on the app saying my birthday was today my name my email everything I put into the app to make an account but no she needs to see the happy birthday email I showed her the emails that the app had sent me but none of the emails that were sent to me said happy birthday so she said she can’t give me a free little cake. Then she said that the big cake that we were ordering would be a 30 minute wait and she asked for my phone number and said they would call us when it’s ready so we waited in the place next door to nothing Bundt cakes it was Jersey Mike’s we waited 1 hour then decided to go check if the cake was ready yet and it was just sitting on the counter she never called us nor did she text us. The workers are rude.

I just moved into the neighborhood and stopped by on my way home for an evening treat. I chose a carrot cake for myself and a white chocolate raspberry for my husband, at the recommendation of the young lady at the counter. The cake was incredibly moist and presentation was spot on. These personal cakes are so cute and big enough to share with someone if you are not a huge sweet lover. I am glad i stopped in and will be back again.
