The only issue I found was the concrete floor was very dirty ( or look dirty), I spoke with the manager and he said that company was hired to clean the concrete floor, he was hopping it will look better. I love the place, but the way the floor looks like doesn't go with it.

What a terrible experience! We entered an empty restaurant but we were told we had to wait due to a shift change. Yes! that was the excuse we were given.After 20 minutes of waiting I asked to speak to the manager, but was informed by the hostess that the manager was in a meeting. She just kept saying that it was out of her control. Of course it is. It’s not her fault, the management should do a better job at training and preparing for crew changes.I understand that shift changes are part of the business but to leave only one server available is irresponsible.

Donald was our server before and again this time. Very excited to see him again. We had a nice togetherness. Very Friendly, service was excellent and food we got something different. Each of us really loved the food. Especially lunch specials. My family and I dined at Olive Garden today and were very disappointed in the food. My grandson had Shrimp Alfredo which was extremely bland. Neither the shrimp nor sauce had any flavor. Salt and pepper did not help. My daughter's Salmon was mediocre with the broccoli being extremely undercooked even for al dente. I had the Chicken Scampi, the chicken was edible but dry and there was very little sauce if any at all. My husband's Tour of Italy was surprisingly good. We also ordered the Shrimp Fritto Misto appetizer which was the best of all. Fried perfectly. Very tasty!Our server, Colin was extremely busy but never failed to check on us. Always very polite and attentive. He made our experience less negative.Again, we were very disappointed but I can't say we will never go back. It had been seven years since we had visited this establishment until today. Maybe in another seven years we'll give it another try.

My family and I get take out here and there and they just earned customer loyalty from us. Food is great of course too.... good service is the icing on top and very appreciated.

TLDR: I don't like being gaslit, so I won't be back.I ordered the carbonara with chicken and shrimp. Asked the waitress to make sure the bacon wasn't burnt. Instead of making sure it wasn't burnt, Mary the waitress rang the order up without bacon. I asked Mary if it's maybe a Bacon sauce rather than actual pieces. She said yes, rather than admitting it was supposed to have bacon, or checking what she rang up. I found out when paying the bill she held the bacon i wanted. I was done i refused her going to get the bacon because i didn't want to wait, or get burnt bacon, and i was done with the gaslighting.I also think I got ripped off with the wine because she bought a half glass that i questioned, then she filled the glass more. She bought no carafe of wine in addition to the glass of wine. Last time I got the glass and a half i was bought a glass of wine and a carafe full of wine. Mary told me it has either changed or this is the way she was trained.Mary said she was having a bad day and spilled water on the previous guest. Perhaps she needs a day off.As for the food, the entire dish was bland, missing key ingredients, the mushrooms were undercooked, and no amount of salt helped. Also, i know inflation sucks right now, but the lack of sauce was disappointing. The gnocchi soup was the only good thing.I don't like being gaslit, so i won't be back.

When we entered the establishment, the hostess was gracious and welcoming. Our server was fantastic and patient. The fireplace took me over the top. The food was tasty as well. If I had to really critique the food, I had required Alfredo Sauce. I like quite a bit of sauce. They did add more. However, I wanted a little more. There was a fee. Which was fair, I could say yes or no .

So we started with a small wait. They had some staff call out during the holidays and were short handed. We were seated in about 20 min. The manager on duty was working the host stand, going and working expo and taking our order at the table. He was friendly and our food was staged perfectly, even with two rowdy toddlers. It went very well.
